Camera keeps looking down...unplayable

When on third person view the camera keeps looking either down or up constantly that I can't look where I want. On cockpit mode it suddenly gets fine but I want to play it on third plane view mode as well, also when person scene comes it's just unplayable.

I've looked up this issue on google and this steam forum too, few people were asking about this but it seems no useful answer came out. This is obviously not a common issue, but some people are definitely having the same symptoms.

I have joystick plugged in, head tracking program installed if this is relevant. I sincerly hope this issue will be addressed by developers, otherwise no one figure this out and I'll just dumb who thrown money for unplayable game.

Please help me to fix this issue.

I get the same thing with an XBOX controller in the door gunner mission. As soon as the mission starts, the gun just points straight down at the ground and fires uncontrollably. Nothing works and I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to get out of the game. Same thing if I unplug the controller and just use mouse and keyboard. First mission fine, second mission unplayable, unable to advance or ESC out.

There REALLY needs to be a community rep from Namco or whom ever to consolidate all of these bugs along with the known fixes and make it a sticky. :/

Anyway, now that I have spoken my peace on to known fixes...

First, make sure you have nothing plugged in, (or built in), to your computer that could be confused as an input device. This could be as stated in other threads things like blue tooth adapters and the like.

Next, delete the "input.ini" files located in...
"Steam\SteamApps\common\Ace Combat Assualt Horizon\"
"Documents\NAMCO\ACAH\"

And if none of the above work, try running the game in a compatibility mode, XP-7.

I had the same problem with the door gunner mission, it was fixed after i rebooted my pc and now works with no problems.
