Screen flickers constantly and game is unplayable. I want my money back

Problem persists with vsync on and off
Drivers are up to date
Other games run fine
Runs fine windowed
Radeon 7850m


I expected a game, not an IT project. I do enough of that at my helpdesk day job :(

I have no idea what could cause that, but maybe try turning off the steam overlay? Do you have any V-Sync or triple buffer options forced in the CCC?

v sync and triple buffering options are both set to "use application setting" i tried setting both on and off for both. no luck

Its like every other frame is solid black and its like some frames stick and leave ghost like images of the previous frames, if that makes any sence

Yeah, thats odd. It almost sounds like a buffer issue, but I have no idea what would cause it on your machine.

I guess from here I would try turning off desktop aero, (I am not familiar with 8, I am not even sure it has that option/feature), maybe try running it in a compatibility mode. (xp-7)?
