Mac achievements not registering. Am I the only one?

My game isn't sending any achievement data to Steam for some reason. Any ideas what's wrong?

I am having a much milder but still related problem. Most of my achievements unlock, but There's Magic in the Air and Cheetah did not unlock when I achieved them, and Knowledge Raid and A Sight to Behold didn't unlock until the next time I played.

Hmm, that gives me an idea. I'll open the game again and see if I get the achievements now.

EDIT: Didn't work. Unlocked one ingame to try too and still nothing.

EDIT2: Where's the developer response? It's been almost a month. Call me picky but I don't really feel like playing this game until it's fixed >_<
