BGEE taking up my limited bandwidth(?)

I don't play multiplayer and I downloaded the game so I'm not streaming it (right?). But my bandwidth is almost used up and my ISP is warning me of charges. The only thing I've been doing differently than usual is this game.

Why is it using so much bandwidth? I've put in 60 hours the last 2 weeks, but still, it's not an online game. Can anyone help out a sort of noob? Is there a setting I can change here on steam? Thanks for any help. Oh, I play on my PC and I have Windows 10.
