[Solution] Lothander missing after visiting diviner (never appeared at Blade & Stars Inn)

First, I hated this quest.

After Lothander took me to diviner, he disappeared. I never got the dialog that he would be at the Blade & Stars Inn. I searched central Baldur's Gate but couldn't find him.

I completed the rest of the quest. Went to second floor of the Blade & Stars Inn to meet Lothander, but he wasn't there.

Solution:
1. I entered debug mode (find baldur.lua in documents/baldur's gate, open it with Notepad++ or similar program, and enter a new line:

SetPrivateProfileString('Program Options','Debug Mode','1')

2. Opened debug console. ctrl + space

3. Summoned Lothander

C:CreateCreature("lothan");

4. He did his dialog about appearing at Blade & Stars. I left, Went back, summoned him again and finished the quest.
