Download failed because you may not have purchased the game

I know this discussion page is for the steam version, however I own the games on both steam and android. I'm posting here, because I dont know where else to post this question. The title of this discussion is the reason for my post,i have purchased the games on the Google play store, but i am getting the message download failed because you may not have purchased the game. I've tried every solution possible and I don't know how to fix it. I enjoy these games and before the issue, it worked perfectly on my phone and my nook, but now it doesn't work at all. Please help.
