Custom Portraits not working
My custom portrait I tried to add is not working and from what I have gathered from all over the internet is everything I have done is correct, however this must not be so since it is not working. I would really like to know what I have done wrong or not done at all
Below are links to images showing what I have achieved and the result
Image in folder with path [0x0.st]
Result of pressing custom button in character creation [0x0.st]
The portrait shown after pressing the left button [0x0.st]
Any help would be appreciated :approved:

I think the portraits need to end with L. All mine are named like this and they all work

GZP01L.bmp
GZP02L.bmp
...

My image file previously ended with an L but did not work, it was one of the things I tried in my many escapades trying to get this working

Size 210x330?

Also make sure the portraits folder is in your \Documents\Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition\ folder. In vanilla BG it used to be the root BG folder.

Both the size and directory are correct, I also made sure of this

All I can think of is to try loading and saving the image again and making sure it's 24 bit. Higher or lower causes my images to screw up.

I now have 3 files in my portraits folder, unedited jpg image, edited jpg image, and edited bmp image. It works now so I'm not quite sure if it's the bmp working or not. But thank you for the advice of of loading and saving

Check your MICROSOFT ONEDRIVE, this program chages your portraits folder path.
Remove it and try again.
After I remove this XXXX program, all the problems on steam are resolved.
