Autoroller and Achievements

I am a noob to Baldur's Gate, so I'm not sure if this has been answered already, but does using the autoroller mod effect Steam achievements?
I'd like to make characters with 90+ rolls without clicking till my hand falls off, but if prevents getting achievements on Steam then I'll do one or two unmodded playthroughs first.
