Its there.
It's not a seperate listing, it's integrated into the main game. Like I have Skyrim Legendary Edition and Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition. For Skyrim, the DLC's have their own listings/checkboxes, but with Dragon Age, it's just the one entry.
EDIT: Look at the world map. Ulgoth's Beard should be in the very northeast corner (albeit grayed out, so you cant travel their directly, only from an adjoining map). Since that town is part of TotSC, if you see it on the map, you have the expansion.
