Kivan leaves when I arrive in the bandit camp !

hi all

i hired Kivan because he wants to hunt the bandits, and I love this character. The problem is that he leaves sayng that he has better things to do when i get to the bandits camp, and he completely vanishes from the game. So, I think it took too much time for me to get there (event if I just wandered a bit before going to the camp). Is there any way to get him back ? Any clues ? Thanks !

BTW I went to the bandit camp from Larswood: i encontered bandits and told them I wanted to join them (and they believed me :-D)

Yup, sounds like you ran out of time.

You can keep Kivan in your group if you do these steps (at least this worked for me):
1. Before traveling to bandit camp, leave Kivan behind (you can pick a temporary replacement if you want).
2. Get to Tazok's tent, grab the notes from his chests (so that you'll progress to next Chapter).
3. Go back to Kivan, let him re-join and now he'll stay in your group permanently.
