Lost in the mines

Ok, I'm on the second lvl of the mines and can't find my way to the lower lvls. I've checked and checked and can't find the next entrance. I can't stand thing like this, that stop the enjoyment of the quest. Help!

This happens to me EVERY time. What happened is you didn't walk far enough down one of the tunnels, and you THOUGHT that you uncovered the whole tunnel but you didn't. Let me link you the walkthrough, and just walk as far down the corridor as you can and you will find the exit right where it's marked on the map. I promise, it really is there. It just manages to go unnoticed every time.

I believe holding tab will highlight interactable objects as well, if that helps.

Holding down tab will highlight in blue all lootable spaces (which includes items dropped on the ground) and all doors in purple. If you have your thief's lockpick ability selected, holding down tab will highlight all locked containers in green.

However, travel points are not highlighted. You just have to find them by mousing over until you get a stair or door or gear icon cursor. Which means you have to know where they are... which can be rough.

But yeah, for whatever reason I ALWAYS get lost on the second level of the Nashkel Mines.

Why do they do this stuff to us? Talking about the devs. Anyway, I think I know exactly where you are talking about DE. I've only got a day, or else...haha! Crazy...also, the tab key, i read about in another thread. This guy was telling where all kinds of magical items are found and gave the locations based on hitting the tab key. Crazy finds...my new word, Crazy. Dark, check out your thread on my build for shadow/mage duely dude...wanna know what you think. Those stats I placed off a 95 score have to be nuts on. Thanks guys for the help. "I need some ale!" Gets out magnifying glass +1 bonus. Heh
