Human Female Assassin, NE
STR-11
DEX-19 (superior DEX gained in the House of Black and White)
CON-16 (she takes a lot of damage)
INT-14
WIS-12
CHA-10
Proficiencies: Short Bow +, Short Sword + (Needle), Dagger + (uses a magical dagger)
Arya may have been on her way to being a warrior under the training of the Kensai Syrio Forel, but fate interrupted and set her on a darker path. Although small of stature and strength, she has exceptional dexterity courtesy of Syrio and her training in the House of Black and White. A chance encounter with Jaqen H'ghar leads her to training as an assassin. Even before this she killed her first man, a "fat boy." The execution of her father, followed by the murder of her mother and brother, left her focused on revenge, and she recites a lengthy list of those she seeks revenge on every night. She becomes highly skilled in disguise and the use of poison, as she demonstrates when she annihilates all of the male Freys.
Alignment was hard with Arya. She is a sympathetic character, but rapidly evolves a sociopathic personality where she does not really feel anything about killing. She remains loyal to her family and little else. And she is a cold-blooded killer. It can be argued that in the horror of Daenerys' destruction of King's Landing she snapped back to her humanity somewhat, perhaps as far as Chaotic Neutral. However, the following description of Neutral Evil seems to fit her for most of the series:
"They have no compunctions about harming others to get what they want, but neither will they go out of their way to cause carnage or mayhem when they see no direct benefit to it. They abide by laws for only as long as it is convenient for them. A villain of this alignment can be more dangerous than either Lawful or Chaotic Evil characters, since he is neither bound by any sort of honor or tradition nor disorganized and pointlessly violent. "
Human Female Cavalier, LG
STR-18/93
DEX-14
CON-18
INT-10
WIS-17
CHA-(17)-not naturally charismatic, but needs this for the class
Proficiencies: Long Sword ++, Bastard Sowrd ++, Sword and Shield Style ++
Brienne is a freakishly strong, though not graceful, warrior who is pledged to defend her liege to the death (usually their death.) Her preferred weapon is a large sword (Bastard?) forged from Ned Stark's two-handed enchanted sword. Since she is utterly fearless and not inclined to use a bow, Cavalier would seem to fit. She would certainly be happy to face a dragon or demon, given the opportunity. She lives by a code of chivalry and, eventually, rises to knight commander of the King's Guard. She is one of the few truly Lawful Good and noble characters in Westeros.
Human Male Fighter>Mage, NG

CHA-9 (but irresistible to inbred wilding women)
Proficiencies: Dagger +, Staff +
Sam is sent to the Night's Watch where he is trained to be a fighter, but turns out to be a poor one. although he does kill a White Walker with a dragon glass dagger. For this he is assigned to the Stewards where, eventually, he becomes the assistant to the Maester Aemon. Bookish by nature, he eventually travels to the Citadel in Oldtown to be trained as a Maester to replace Aemon. (This is where the book is useful. In the book he acquires several links of the maester's chain, including a Valyrian steel ring that is awarded to those who can demonstrate magical abilities. Hence the dual to Mage.) Sam is highly intelligent and wise, eventually discovering the many mysteries and secrets of Westeros and House Targaryen.
Human Berserker
(Fire damage causes him to go uncontrollable and berserk!)
Chaotic Neutral
STR-18/95
DEX-14
CON-18
INT-12
WIS-12
CHA-7 (More info below.)
Proficiences: In the show he uses H2H, Daggers, Axes, Long Swords, Two-Handed Swords, Warhammers, Shields, and even a freaking Katar. He's also dead accurate when throwing a rock. He thinks bows are for cowards.
The Hound is one of the top-tier fighters in Westeros. He's been killing people since the age of twelve, he probably racks up more melee kills than anyone else in the show. But he isn't a dumb killer, he's very fast at reading a person or situation, and he's a master at detecting and pointing out ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and hypocrisy.
I'm not sure about his Charisma score. He's intimidating, but it rarely gets the desired results. He fails to intimidate Arya, he fails to intimidate Bronn, he even fails to intimidate Polliver(the chicken bringer). The poor guy fails at every dialog check.
Human Fighter
True Neutral
STR-14
DEX-16

CHA-10 (3 as Reek)
Proficiences: Bows, Spears, Longswords.
As one of the unluckiest characters in GoT, Theon spends most of the show getting disrespected, humiliated, and tortured, so it's no wonder he's a bit of a jerk. He also spends most of his childhood as a hostage to his adoptive family, knowing that they will have to execute him if his real family (the Greyjoys) attempt another rebellion.
His alignment is True Neutral because he's always torn between his two families. He's at his worst when he's trying to be a Greyjoy, and he's at his best when he's trying to be a Stark.
His worst moments are not as Reek, but as a puppet leader of the Greyjoy raiders. They easily sway him in to making some terrible choices, but Theon regrets them all and spends the later seasons trying to redeem himself.
A stretch perhaps but not "that" far of one. Charisma is a combination of presence and appearance. She definitely commands a lot of presence even with her modest appearance. IIRC the actress that portrays her is about 6 feet tall. That certainly contributes a lot to her presence.
I was thinking more of leadership and presence. She is more of a follower and only really commands Podrick, her squire. Not so much of personal appearance. Even in the end, Bronn & Tyrion don't really listen to her on the small council. Funny thing is, the actress looks amazing when out of character!
