Achievements?

Hello everyone,
I took a break from playing this game and I was thinking about playing it again (maybe legacy of bhaal difficulty), but I want to know if the achievement bugs were solved. I still have these achievements to do (they seemed to be bugged last time):
- Water, Water Everywhere
- Loremaster (don't think this was bugged, just didn't do it)
- Friend of Volo
- Lord of Murder

Water, Water Everywhere wasn't an issue when I got there a couple of days ago and Loremater has always worked fine.

Those four are not broken specifically. But what hasn't changed is that any achievement may be affected by some underlying problem, such as a cutscene blocking the achievement or things like that, and simply reloading an earlier save and retrying may serve as a work-around.

For "Loremaster", it must be the main character to reach the high Lore value.

"Grim Deeds to Come" achievement is still completely broken.

The only other that doesn't work at all for me is "You Chose...poorly", and I still only get a journal entry about the companion but not the achievement.
