Outside the door, look through all of your Potions and Protection scrolls. Render as many party members resistant to or immune to Fire and Electricity as possible. Use Potions of Agility and Mind Focusing to increase DEX/AC, there's a lot of Melee in this fight. Use Potions of Fortitude to increase CON/HP. Use Potions of Invulnerability to lower AC and boost Saves (Fighters Only) and Potions of Defense (Non-Fighters) to boost AC. Use a Potion of Perception to boost Find Traps on your Thief and have a Potion of Invisibility handy for when you step in the door. Use Potions of Speed to boost your Movement and Attacks/Round. Use Potions of Regeneration, you are going to take Damage.
Inside the door you are not visible to Sarevok and his cronies. If you intend to use Summons, summon them in front of your party but behind the big Bhaal symbol on the floor. Cast Haste on them. I like Skeleton Warriors but you may not have this spell with a 6th level Sorcerer. Before casting short term buffs, make your Thief invisible and search for traps up the left side without bringing Sarevok into view. He will start his dialog on an Invisible character that kicks off the fight. You are trying to create a safe space to fight in. Also, use Potions of Clarity, Greenstone Amulet and if you have any scrolls of Chaotic Commands to render as many of the party immune to mind affecting spells. Resist Fear is probably also a good idea.
Cast all short term buffs when you are ready to go, Blur, Mirror Image, Armor of Faith, Draw on Holy might, wait on Bless and Defensive Harmony till last, they only last a couple of rounds
Bring your party up the left side about even with your summons near the bottom of the Bhaal symbol. With one character, the best protected, inch forward to bring Sarevok into view to start the dialog and the fight. Once he starts toward you retreat.
The Mage crony will teleport right into your summons and hopefully they will keep him busy.
As soon as Angelo comes into view, if you have any spells to remove his protections...hit him with that and as much missile fire as you can. Don't cast any spells at him < 3rd Level because he has Minor Globe of Invulnerability. If you can bring it down using Remove Magic do that. He has Protection from Normal Missiles up so you will need to use Magic arrows/bolts/bullets. He has to die because his tactic is to cast Remove Magic on your party and then shoot Arrows of Detonation. He's short term more dangerous than Sarevok.
Engage Sarevok with your best AC/Highest HP Fighter and hope he holds out till Angelo is dead.
Anyone capable of casting Magic Missile should as soon as possible start casting these non-stop at Sarevok, don't forget if you have Scrolls of MM to use those too. Sarevok has no defense against MM.
That's about it...there are other ways, timing is important, it might take more than one try, but it's doable.
Else:
Potions, potions, potions ... various of them last for hours or multiple turns, at least. One can enter the temple and then drink them round by round, save, drink more, rinse repeat, so you don't need to redo that after defeat.

Especially the more rare ones. Potion of Clarify, Potion of Magic Protection, Potion of Magic Blocking, Potion of Regeneration (every bit can help), Potion of Invulnerability for saving throws,
look i don't know what you are at, I've never done it was a Sorc Main. and sarevok likes to bee-line the bhaal spawn and not get distracted by other NPC. but normally if I can get him alone. potion buffs are enough to take him out.
Go stealth and disable traps.
Summon, summon and send them against Sarevok.
Kill the mage.
Summon Summon summon.
Ranged weapon and a buffed melee NPC (or you are soloing?) to get Sarevok down.
If you need summon.
The key is not get attacked from Sarevok an let monster summoned die for you.
NB: You can find an incredibly powerful healing item in the 2nd basement level of Durlag's tower which will fully heal you 10 times.
There are two minor problems with that strategy:
1) Most of the traps in the area cannot be disarmed.
2) Sarevok will initiate conversation with an invisible stealthed thief which will kick off the fight
Meh. He teleports to your party as soon as the conversation is over (even if Sarevok only spoke to the invisible thief) and will instantly be killed by the traps you did prepare. You did prepare traps, right?
Sarevok doesn't turn hostile until after talking to you and will therefore be ignored by the summons. You can initiate combat with cloudkill but he will immediately start walking towards the caster which limits the usefulness of that tactic.

This was the plan, except for the trap, because depending on how you developped the thief, maybe you don't have it. Anyway it shouldn't be difficult to get a single mage down.
He turn hostile when you appeared invisible o stealth, but he won't move. He will attack when the summoned monsters appear.
The difficult part of the fight is that Sarevok deals a lot of damage and has a lot of hp, that cannot be decreased with magic for his immunity. It takes a lot of rounds to take him down, and in this rounds he deals a lot of damage. If summoned monster take this damage, the fight will be won. There are other ways, of course, but this is quite easy.
