Cleric alignment restriction
Lets say that i want to be a priest of Talos but i also want to be a nice guy, what will happen when my alignment shifts to Good?
Will i lose my divine spellcasting?

I don't think BGI has alignment shifts outside of the Helm of Reverse alignment, and alignment changes causing you to lose abilities is only a problem for Paladin or Ranger.

There is no downside to that. It only matters for a small number of spells, which cannot be cast by certain alignments. Besides that, your aligment is basically fixed, even if you go on a bloodthirsty rampage as a lawful-good Paladin.

Mostly its "damage/destruction" vs "healing/protection" between evil/good aligned clerics. But its not a major thing in BG1 anyway.

Paladins and rangers become fallen at low reputation; their alignment is completely irrelevant and they can use the helmet with no ill effect.
