I am playing as neutral good and am looking to get rid of these guys.

Is it possible to complete their quest by taking them to Nashkel and then return for some of the companions I have found on my way to Nashkel? :bgs_sad:

Get rid of them. As good character you definitely do not want to pack with (spoiler) Zhentarims

As a neutral good character, you would consider that despite it is rather obvious these two are a confused mess. That they need a good role model, and bringing you with them and making them work is good for them. So you might decide, to explore the countryside in the hopes they become better people. But since you are neutral you don't care about law and chaos that much, only that they can change.

You could keep them through Nashkel, they'll dump you soon after due to your reputation anyway :)

I let them join me, take their stuff, and then go look for a bear. Or that ogre with the girdle fetish on the second map. Or Tarnesh.

They never make it past the Friendly Arms Inn.

Ugh, the best and non psychotic way is to let them join you because you are lost and alone, having just seen your father be slaughtered the night before, pick up Auntie and Uncle at the Friendly Arms, then go down the Naskel, all six of you because there is strength in numbers and these are dangerous times.

Assuming that the Ward has a decent CHA score, Mont and Crazy Eyes shouldn't be murdered by Auntie and Uncle and you are free to leave them in the Belching Dragon for the rest if the game, trading the two of them for a confused ranger and his pet. ... Yes, the mines are totally clearable with a party of five, and you'll want a free slot at the bottom of the mines anyways.

Because remember, unless you are playing a pali, your character doesn't get to see that they are evil, just crude and more than a little crazy, and in the Sword Coast, "little crazy" is saner than most.

Heck, even if you ARE a pali, its probably a good idea to let them join you, because there is strength in numbers, and when you hook up with your Aunt and Uncle the fact that they are both interested in Naskel should park your ears up as well.

Of course you can dump them. The only question is, how? Give them the boot? Murderize them in cold blood? A tragic accident involving a garden of basilisks? The possibilities are endless >:D

Or just let Jaheria and Khalid murder them.
