Keep in mind if you're a multi-class character or if you plan on dual classing a human character. You may need those books then.
Personally, when if I'm playing a Fighter (or subclass), I give the INT tome to Dynaheir (bringing her to 18) and the WIS tome to Jaheira (to get bonus spells).
If you're planning to play through BG2 you should give all the tomes to your main character, since the changes won't carry over to your companions and BG2 is longer.
Wisdom is the casting stat for Druids in all editions of D&D. Like Paladins and Bards, charisma does nothing for Druids in 2nd ed. In BG a high charisma will lower the prices you have to pay in stores and there are a couple of quests where it improves your reward (you can get a +1 dagger in Candlekeep!). Anecdotally, it lowers the risk of party members fighting with each other (assuming you have party members that will fight with each other).
If you're playing through Seige of Dragonspear, and you don't need it yourself, you can use the +INT tome on Safana to turn her into an ersatz Imoen (I.e. a Thief/Mage). Since your other options for a good-aligned Mage are Dynaheir and Neera, it might be worth it.
Thanks for reading and advice.
