Narlen Darkspear

Hey first time I have had this happen, basically on the 1st Thieves Guild quest wherin you meet Narlan at the Splurging Sturgeon he won't spawn. He did in all other patches... As you can tell from time played I play this a lot. If I CLUA him in the short cutscene plays but then the Flaming Fist never spawns.... Any ideas?

I literally just did that quest last night with no problems. So if there is a problem it may not be directly related to the latest patch.

Where did u have your group at? I had mine at Sturgeon. I'm not sure if he spawned right at exactly at 21 hr but he did spawn during that hour.

Tried all through the night, gave up and skipped it. Good to know it works on current patch. You know these games sometimes they just don't play ball

Similar glitch here. Narlen does spawn as usual, but the short cutscene removes control of my thief and nothing happens after they reach the heist house.

I found reports that he won't appear if your party is hiding in the Mermaid, but will appear if your party is hiding in the Sturgeon. He didn't spawn right at 21 for me, but I had my thief (Safana) walk around a bit, go into a building, come back, and there he was.
