PC to Android?

I must be missing something. How can I Cloud Sync between Android and a PC?

There is no automated cloud sync I think between steam and Google PlayStore. (The cross save between Steam and Nintendo switch for divinity original sin 2 is an exception)

When I wanted to export my BGEE save I used an app similar to dropbox, but with a folder synchronization feature to make it work a little faster, synchronizing the save folder on the PC and the android. (I don't remember exactly which app I used, I only played a moment on the tablet...it is not so bad, but I prefer the laptop).
If you don't want to bother with apps, you'll have to transfer the saves manually from one device to the other
