Nashkel Unreachable
No matter where I am on the map, it won't let me go there. Quite irritating, especially with my party nagging me to go there.

Keep going south straight thru like 3 areas I think, then get yourself to the *unlabeled* wilderness area just above Nashkel. You should be able to reach it from there

Off topic but don't want to make another thread: Where do dismissed companions go? And do they retain the items you gave them?

If they didn't stay where you kicked them out, they are gone, except for the new companions. I think Neera and Dorn both go to the Friendly Arm Inn and Rassad goes to Nashkel. They will retain all inventory they had.
