Any mods that make it so you dont have to keep rerolling in the charcter creator? SOLVED
So I can just get 90 points. And 18/00 strength?

This ♥♥♥♥ is so boring and reptitive, it cant even give you a gambling problem. Look its not fun sitting for 2 hours to get the perfect strenght charcter along with 90 attribute points and you dont earn it its just luck.

Activate the console and hit Ctrl+8 during the character creation.

Google knows various guides, such as -->

Or download Shadowkeeper (well, EEKeeper now, I guess), which allows you to edit your characters attributes.

Kids today. They want everything given to them.

I blame the schools.

Your joking right? I mean maybe not about the schools and the wanting. But do you honestly like the rerolling hell that is making a character for this game

No, I don't necessarily like it. I just do it and accept it as part of setting up a new game and creating a new character.

It has never taken me two hours. Twenty to thirty minutes max. I have, however, learned to slow down a bit so I do not waste good rolls by blowing right past them. And I do not require perfect numbers in everything. I'll take an 89 if the numbers are right.

It is quite a nice feeling to get lucky and snag a great roll for your orcish barbarian after just a few rolls, even though I know that statistically it should have taken longer

But then, I am capable of deferred gratification.

You can also use the auto roller... that's what I normally do, I let the autoroller work while I eat dinner or something and then when I come back take whatever best it got lol

I thought this dude read all the guides to min max properly? Then he should realize that having 18/00 is overrated since his strength will become 19 anyway, and then the bonus strength is obsolete. Munchkins these days...

(Btw I would love to see that moment when his super imba 99 stats whatever pg char with 18/00 strength gets owned by a certain mage near a certain tavern quite early in the game.)

Actually that guy is kind of easy to defeat. If you recruit Imoen she should have a wand of magic missile on her. Use that wand on him everytime he starts casting a spell. The magic missile always hits and interrupts his spellcasting. Done.

Bounty hunter in Nashkell works the same way. IIRC it's a cleric that casts hold person on your group. Just interrupt her everytime she tries to cast something. The wand is good for that because it bypasses AC, it always hits.

And you can recharge all wands by selling them to a merchant and then rebuy them.

Just an FYI, the standard D&D rolling was 3 d6 per stat. These characters even with a 'bad' roll of 75-80 are still godly. 90+ is insane and after all that we get to bump them up more with in-game stuff. The average stat is 11 ... There were some DM tricks used like roll 4 keep 3 or roll 10 sets of 3 and keep the best 6 or reroll anything under (8? 10? etc). But even with those a sum of 80 would be very rare.

You can just edit the file. Roll a character, export it, and edit your stats directly to be 20s or whatever cheat you want.
