Armor Class -15
How do you achieve an Armor Class of -15?

UPDATE: I managed to reach armor class -15 on Ajantis, but The achievement did not unlock itself. Do I have to do it on my main character?

Untouchable
Have an Armor Class of -15 or lower.
A high Dexterity(16+) with good armour and accessories should work try a potion of defense. Potion of defense can be bought from Sorcerous Sundries in East Balder's Gate. What I used in Black Pit again a Fighter with base DEX 18 (-4 AC).
NB. Use a Potion of Agility to gain a base Dex 18 if it is under 18, alternatively;
Take a potion Mind Focusing - DEX +3 (-1/-2 AC) You can drink multiple of these and it stacks up to DEX 25
Take a potion of Defense (Base AC 0)
The Dusty Rose Ioun Stone Helm (-1 AC)
Pellans Shield +2 (-3 AC)
The Guards ring +2 (-2 AC) or Improved Cloak of Protection +2 (-2 AC)
Boots of Phasing (-2 AC)
Caste the level 4 Priest spell Defensive Harmony (-2 AC)

It seems doable.

Blade's defensive spin is also a good way to get it. 10th-lvl blade with 18dex only needs a ring of prot +1 and potion of defence to achieve AC -15.

Do you get enough experience points to reach level 10 as a blade?
Barely with a completionist playthrough, if starting at level 1. 160,000 XP is needed, 161,000 XP is the cap in BGEE.

balduran's cloak and a couple other items give you AC as well that will stack as well. But I feel like there may be a glitch in the game. Running around at -10AC it feels like I get hit more. Maybe it's just my imagination or bad luck or something however.

Kensais, Swashbucklers and Berserkers (Rage) also get AC bonuses that stack with other sources. However, a Blade with Defensive Spin is the easiest way to hit -15.

You can solo a Blade up to 10 fairly fast, although the lack of offense makes some quick XP grab options difficult (e.g. killing the Doomguards and Basilisks outside Durlag's Tower). You can still manage the Korax Basilisks, Sirines, Golems and Ankegs. Just make sure you buy Mirror Image, Blur, Sleep and Spirit Armor scrolls at High Hedge. It's certainly not as fast as leveling up a Fighter or a Mage.

You can unlock this achievement during Siege of Dragonspear (500,000 exp cap) or you can import high level Blade or Skald (his song gives +4 AC at 20th level) from the Throne of Bhaal expansion for sake of achievement.

why not? there's a perfectly easy to get Wand of Lightning and Wand of Fireball you can get near the start of the game that have enough charges between them to murder your way through every encounter till around BG.

Bards are EASIER to level than mages because they have better combat ability, better gear options, and can use most of the same stuff mages can. You don't get the ring of wizardry or archmage robes but don't really need them either since there are sufficient consumables to blast your way through BG1.

Turn on To Hit Rolls display and check the combat log.

Where can I find the Boots of Phasing?
If not within the Black Pits, maybe as a random drop. Some people use EEKeeper to give their party some special items. And there are rumors an enemy during the druid's stronghold quest owns these boots. I've never found them anywhere.
