Looking for a Magic 1-handed Axe

So, I got a magic sword for Kalid (my tank), found a magic warhammer for Viconia, but my character is feeling a little left out. Are there any magic one-handed axes my character can use, preferably without having to run to a shop (my character is really poor even after doing the Bassilus quest since I got a whole bunch of scrolls for Dynaheir to learn)

all weapons and where to get them ...... seems the only magic axe you get before the city is a +1 fromt he shop ;)

There is a Battle Axe +2: Battleaxe of Mauletar, in Baldur's Gate. Go to the Helm and Cloak tavern and talk to the Merry Fools. Eventually, another group, the Undermountains comes in. If you fight them, one of their group wields this battle axe.

If you're short on funds, head to the store in Nashkel. With a good thief, you can steal things from there. You can sell them things, then steal them back. So, you have the money and your item back. Note, however, that such items will forever be flagged as stolen, and most merchants won't buy them from that point on. The one exception is Black Lily, at the Thieves' Guild in Baldur's Gate. She will buy stolen items, but you can't steal from her. On my Solo Mage/Thief I was able to sell (and steal back what I wanted to keep) enough loot to buy the Robe of the Good Archmagi in Chapter 2. Which I then sold and stole back.

The first Battle Axe +1 you can buy at Feldepost's Inn in Beregost.

You can sell stolen goods to the merchant outside of Durlag's Tower.

You can buy a cheap Beruel's Retort+1 from the smither in Beregost (and then use this weapon in melee instead of throwing it).
