Report a translation problem
I've managed to edit the width of the dialogue box, but editing the height seems to screw up the rest of the ui elements. It doesn't look amazing, but more dialogue can fit in the box at once. If anyone's interrested, I can provide the UI.menu file.

That is with no mods.
Though if you click the arrow it will open the history above the rsponse area...which is the only thing you'd want to scroll though. Your dialog options should always fit below the red line. Even the rant threatening to shove something the size of Elminster and his hat up a personal crevice fits and that is probably the largest response in the game.
