Is there any way to expand the dialogue box?

Perhaps I'm missing something, or there are some ui mods. I really hate how squished together everything is, and how you have to scroll just to see all your dialogue options.

mouse over the edge and you can drag it bigger or smaller.

I'm talking about the dialogue box as shown in the first picture. As far as I can tell, there is no way to enlarge it.

I've managed to edit the width of the dialogue box, but editing the height seems to screw up the rest of the ui elements. It doesn't look amazing, but more dialogue can fit in the box at once. If anyone's interrested, I can provide the UI.menu file.

But I drag that dialog box taller and shorter constantly while I am playing...you can't make it wider without modding as far as I know, but you can drag it up to where half the screen is just the dialog window.

No, I'm talking about the box you get when talking to people. The one with the little arrow on the top. That one is locked. You can only enlarge the information box, which is what appears in your picture.

Oh, I see, you want to increase the size of the response text area.

Though if you click the arrow it will open the history above the rsponse area...which is the only thing you'd want to scroll though. Your dialog options should always fit below the red line. Even the rant threatening to shove something the size of Elminster and his hat up a personal crevice fits and that is probably the largest response in the game.

just click on the upper border and drag it ....
