FALLEN ENCHANTRESS: ULTIMATE EDITION or Legendary Heroes only ?

I am wondering if it is worth buying legendary heroes only or ultimate edition ?
Are the dlc worth it ?

Given the discount for FE UE right now at $10, and FE:LH is still $24, not sure why this is a question?

Although I already own the original FE, and buying this pack will mean I'll probably try to sell or trade off the other content I can't use. The differences between the original FE and Legendary Heroes are not huge - enough that I always hesitate whenever these sales come up.

On GOG, there is a discount for everything.
That why i am asking is it worth it.

And if the DLC were individually discounted like the Ultimate is, I would buy them, since I already paid full price for the original and LH "expansion". Since Stardock likes to gouge their customers by forcing previous owners to buy the "Ultimate" edition just to grab the DLC at a decent price...eff em.

Edit: Gog also has a Fallen Enchantress: Upgrade to Ultimate pack which is discounted at the same rate the Ultimate itself is. Where is this option on Steam? It would be a no brainer purchase for me...

That is really interesting! I've been so close to getting the package because all I've been playing is the original. Sometimes I get bored that the end-game strategy seems to always be the same (build mounted high initiative unites with frost magic so they are ranged, and it's pretty much so OP that nothing can stop them). Also unit design has its limits since some units will be so overpriced you'll never have enough crystal to build them. Did LH do anything to fix these, and what did they dumb down from the original? I'm curious to see your response, as it might prevent me from buying the package.

I tried playing age of wonders 3 and didn't enjoy it, will i enjoy this game ?

Fallen Enchantress is a good game. Many reviewers rate it better than Sorcerer King, which is newer. And it is not expensive to buy, even on Steam
