But you could try this.

Option 1

Goto library > right click the DLC's (if they are still there) > properties > verify integrity of game cache

Unistall the game & dlc's and reinstall

Option 3 (only if you have the dlc case from a store)

Uninstall the game and dlc's, open the case and find a cd key/serial key. Type them in again and it 'may' prompt you to download it again

Uninstall the game + dlc's and reinstall

Library > right click dlc > properties > verify integrity of game cache

Library > right click dlc > view cd key > copy cd key > + Add non-steam game (bottom left corner) > Activate product or whatever it is > put the cd key there. And it 'may' prompt you to install it...

I've only installed the New Steam version. And because I inputted the codes into Steam then I guess the new steam version unlocks the expansion content in that version.
The non-steam version, and expansions are sat in my games list, not installed. Not needed.
