how do you make game full screen?

Hit the maximize button. It should still exist unless you got that issue with borderless boxes.

Set launch options
Add -refresh 60

delete "configuration.lua" and start the Game,it load new and by me it is OK.

If i start in window mode it's ok, but if i start in full screen i have black windows
