How do you find your saved replays?

There is nothing called replays in the folder.

"playback", sry. Always thinking of it as replay folder, that's why I wrote that.

What should i open it with?

You open it only from in-game browser, from replays tab. But if you download replay from community site (CoH2.org, gamereplays.org) you have to put it in that folder to be able ti open it from in-game.

But if you only want to see only statistics from particular game (e.g. unit production, their movement, CPM) you can use Replay Analyzer, found here: http://www.coh2.org/news/9268/coh2-replay-analyzer

Same applies to CoH1. Go to Multiplayer/Skirmish section and there is a tab with game history where you will find all replays recorded by you or copied to aforementioned folder. On gamereplays.org you will find replays people upload for CoH1.
