WHEN I PLAY AS THE FACTION THERE ARE NO PANZERS ONLT HALFTRACKS AND ONLY ONE PANZER BUT THERE A LIGHT TANK AND I CANT FIND TANKS LIKE KING TIGERS OR TIGER TANKS CAN YOU RECRUIT THEM IN BUILDINGS OR ARE THEY OUTSIDE UNITS

The very best PE tactics is no vehicles except a couple of inf halftracks and an ammo halftrack, let the wehr guy do vehicles, and your PE inf will support those vehicles and run anti AT guns and anti infantry.

not to mention their AT cabability is amazingly good.

Only with tank destroyer, otherwise the Marder cannot stand up to enemy armour, and the panzershrek doesnt fire often enough to be very effective.

I remember a while back playing as americans on 3v3 online, and we were being overrun by 2 players worth of spammed out panzer grenadiers, and i pulled 2 crocs out of the shop, and i ran them back into their spawn coz none of them had AT, just rifles and firebombs

The Panzer elite is Coh's way Of saying Waffen- SS without offending anyone. :)

Although people say PE = Elite infantry, keep some other things in mind.

Mortar Halftrack = PE's only form of light barrage. More emphasis on 'barrage' than 'light', since Offensive veterancy on that thing is god-like.

Infantry Halftrack = Reinforcement on field + LMG support

Armored Car = Lighter than Wehr Puma, but still effective. Kite riflemen with it.

Light AT Halftrack = Can knock out Armored vehicle Tracks and/or engines, which helps a lot since most allied armor is susceptible to Panzershreks, (when they actually hit). Prevents them from running away at low health as a result.

It s very arguable. Of course Imagine that if axis faction is wehrmach, panzer elite could only be SS, is a tempting idea. It s especially true for if people imagine that SS were elite troops, that is false ... but Goebels propaganda still have effect today for this.
Shortly SS wasnt a wehrmach elite troop, it was nazi party private army, a kind of political militia. On 38 th divisions perhaps only half a dozen could be really see as elite troops, mostly the first ones. Uniform and camo dont suggest panzer elite could be SS. Anti infantry PE soldier suggest more WH.Panzerjagers troops uniform look like about more Tan water 43 camo, that is more relate to fallschirmjager than SS. Sumnary for uniform I didnt detected typical SS camo uniform in PE. Last luftwaffe presence in PE is in contradiction with a SS faction.

Otherwise PE elite at COH is probably the best infantry groups, and would have probably be named panzergrenadiers to avoid to confuse people.

imo PE is A Panzer Lehr division not SS
