The Great War 1918 cheats?

i dont understand the cheat mode in The Great War 1918 mod. I know how to get it started and i cant get any tutorials on it on the homepage or the rest of the internet. I installed it from the homepage and not from steam.

I just want to do some cool senarios.

hotkey list:
Shift+F1 = Toggle FoW (fog of war)
Shift+F2 = Toggle Taskbar
Shift+F3 = Spawn all Allied Units
Shift+F4 = Spawn all Axis units
Shift+F5 = Spawn weapons
Shift+F6 = Global upgrades + commander abilities
Shift+F10 = Cheat Resources
Shift+F11 = Cheat Resources (enemy)

Shift+Numpad0 = game speed x 0.5
Shift+Numpad1 = normal game speed
Shift+Numpad2 = game speed x 2
Shift+Numpad3 = game speed x 8

Shift+Delete = Delete selection (middle delete button only)
Shift+Insert = Give selected units to enemy (middle insert button only)

(assuming QWERTY keyboard)
Shift + 0-9, Q-P = spawn allied units
Shift + A-M = spawn allied abilities
Control + Shift + 0-9, Q-S = spawn axis units
Control + Shift + D-M = spawn axis abilities

thats for normal cheatmod, tgw is a litte bit diffrent with the spawning of units, i suggest you try it out

maybe you need the -dev?
if you're using a normal windows shortcut, right click it>properties>target line> add -dev after -mod tgw
