Units or My Team Buildings Won't Appear

Hey, on any graphics setting my units or buildings won't appear on campaign, everything else does except the models for enemies, allies, my own troops, everything, not appearing. Eg; On the first campaign mission my units are appeared to be in the middle of the sea, not visible and underwater, gunblasts, bombs, explosions, fire, bullets, all appear, however none of the commandable or killable models appear for units. What the hell is going wrong?
I've tried reinstalling it, I tried a torrented version and it worked perfectly fine. However I occasionally get an error telling me that my computer does not want to run the program due to some sort of safety issue, saying the steam version has viruses on it, saying that it will not allow the program to access my graphics driver. How do I fix this? PLEASE HELP.

Try changing the graphics settings, shaders maybe in the CoH menu.
