I just played the mission yesterday and it didn't crash for me.

when i try to reinforce the 2 para squads game freezes and bugsplats just ought to let you know

Yeh thanks for notifying us but it's not reproduceable. Chances are it has to do with your game install. You can verify your game data for both coh and eastern front, might solve the issue.
