The base game gives you the American Invasion of Normandy campaign, that's it. If you want the German Market Garden (OF), British Liberation of Caen (OF), German Tiger Ace (TOV), and American Causeway (TOV) campaigns you have to buy the Opposing Fronts and Tales of Valor expansion packs. The new Steam version of COH lets you play all the campaigns from a single menu/game, but you still have to buy the expansions separately to unlock them.
Just buy the "Company of Heroes Complete Pack" on the Steam page if you want everything, that includes 4 items: the Steam version of base COH that can be used to play all the campaigns, the OF and TOV expansions needed to unlock the extra campaigns (you do not need to install them, but do need to own them, they can be played from the Steam version of base COH), and the old "Legacy Edition" which you will only need for some old mods and should otherwise avoid.
Is this clear?

Nice, okay. I think what was tripping me up is the "legacy version" is simply the old version and I couldn't find any indication that the two expansions were updated beyond the "legacy version." Wasn't sure if buying the complete pack would be a waste of money if it was put into some kind of menu in the new version.
My other concern is I'm currently on a potato... the Company of Heroes demo runs fine if I tweak the settings. I wonder how the new version will fare. Oh well, can always refund if it's a disaster.
