New Update 41.7MB 8/6/14???

I just noticed this, it seems like a relatively small update but there is no news detailing what it is about and it has been quite some time since this game was relevant enough to need updates... is anyone else getting this? If so, does anyone know what it does?

Yeah, the game is no longer playable Online... Also no official news were released about such an update!

Finally they Fix it. We were waiting since December for something like this.
Hopefully the Game Lobby is now more Back to normal. If this news spread the
Players will finally enjoy Coh more than before,finally.

We are working on a new update to the original Company of Heroes, and are releasing the update as a beta to allow CoH players to test the changes before it goes live into the main game.

This update includes:

A fix for Ghost Games
Account Creation - like in CoH2
Offline Mode

To join the beta:

Right Click "Company of Heroes (New Steam Version)
Select "Properties"
Select the "Betas" tab from the pop-up menu
Select "Beta -" from the drop down menu
Close the pop-up menu
The game will then update to the beta version.

Please provide feedback and bug reports in this thread.

Everytime this impatience and wrong informations. they move it to the battle servers, patch some things and soon it's online. so have patience, stop whining or grab a kleenex.

Nice to see they havent forgot and are patching stuff. Hopefulyl when they are done completely they remove the "new steam version", kind of annoying to have it there.
