COH starting problem after Windows 10 Fall Creators Update
Since the update I have trouble starting COH on my PC. I start and even before the Intro the game stops responding. It doesn't crash, but you have to close it manually. Anyone else has this Problem or knows how to fix it?

Thank you

I found the solution to the problem:

1. Go to the folder where you have COH installed and look for RelicCOH.exe

2. Right click on RelicCOH.exe and select Properties. Select the Compatibility tab and check the box that says "Disable fullscreen optimizations"

I too have an issue, the game seems slow and jerky now. I have tried video driver updates and sound card update.

try a clean boot not a reboot

Go download your latest video drivers and install/reinstall and you should be fine. The Fall update knocked out my sound because I have it split from video through my video card to a tuner and also a TV as monitor. Once I did that it was fine.

Same issue, video driver update does not fix it

I will try to look better into it later this evening. Can you give me any details of exactly what it is doing when in failing and at what point it is failing?

It fails right before the intro sequence. I'll now try to update my integrated intel graphics, and hope for the best :D

I went through everything and there is no glitch with the Fall Creators Update and CoH. The only glithes I am finding anywhere are corrupted drivers that were not updated prior to the update. This was the only mention of CoH and the update and it was 11 pages into the search after I added Steam as a keyword.

EIT and right before the intro sequence which is video means likely a codec out of date or corrupted with the list just being updated.
