COH (New steam version) VS COH Legacy version

Whats the difference between them?

How come the Legacy version has cloud saving but the new one doesn't? If I don't care about multiplayer should I just play the legacy one?

dont know , it shouldnt have Cloud saving cause the Original Didnt have cloud saving

COH LEGACY was a dissapointment, I thought it would be different or better then COH. It is the same, COH EUROPE AT WAR is better in my opinion.

The Steam pages descriptions were also tweaked for clarity[imgur.com] - but it took us a couple of days. Sorry about that. Try clearing your browser cache if you don't see them now, however.

Going forward, the "Company of Heroes" app - formerly called "Company of Heroes (New Steam Version)" - is the one you should use if you want to play online and enjoy the Steam Workshop maps.

We did not want to remove the Legacy Edition altogether because:

• some of you guys are still playing it, for various reasons (including old mods)
  
• COH1 total conversion pages are tied to it in the Steam back-end, and we can't change that
  
• most of the reviews for COH1 are tied to it in the Steam back-end, and we can't change that / transfer them to the newest app

Hell I think a Third Company of heroes should come out :D , I Love these games to hell , I honestly Went full nut case since I saw The first and second COH come out

It is a pity that Relic News Forum down, the modder lost the last useable Modding tutorial site. And the company of heroes 2 is a failure, bad balancing, unstable(always update), endless commander dlc, not moddable(only can add new maps, new campaigns, can't add new faction, can't make total conversion mod), okay these problems are not your fault but your company's.

BTW, why can't i play my coh since it update to "Company of heroes", it always noticed "error when start new game"?

Do i need Legacy edition if I play onli New Steam version ?
Are some content needed or I can uninstall it to free up space ?

Just run Company of heroes for online. I dont ever use the Company of heroes - legacy , Basically the difference are: Company of heros - Legacy is the exact copy from the Disk version so No DLC , no online , the version that is literally just called Company of Heroe's that has Online , DLC packs available

Same , I hope we do get a third Company of heroes. if not the second and first are still fun to play
