Question About Offline / No Internet

Hi, not that this is a big deal, i was just wondering: can this game be fully played without an internet connection and without a connection to the game's servers? I tried to test this in Steam's offline mode but it seems to still connect to the game's servers.

I'm just curious about this as I wanna know if this game will be playable if servers shut down as it seems there hasn't been an update in a long time. Thank you to everyone who reads this :)

It is I'm pretty sure. Played it on a while a few weeks ago wanting to see if I could at least play against bots but it seems like you kind of just play against them even though it looks like you're connecting online

Would you also know if any pack purchases made will be accessible offline/without internet? I'm going to purchase a pack even if it isn't, but I think I may purchase more if I can always access them offline
