Yes but it depends on which quests .

Yes you can, you can also grind for exp in a custom private game. i always use it to get CP (NOT THAT KIND OF CP) combat points from quests AND you can even finish the operation quests (ex: lone wolf, kraken etc.) but for some quests that are arms race you have to do it in the real one cuz theres no arms race in custom. btw i do hangar, 3 minutes, 10 players, private, paraglider, bot level 1, and deathmatch and then when i finish my quest i will just leave (it works!)
