I can't function properly, and when I open the game, it's a grey screen.

I can't function properly, and when I open the game, it's a grey screen.
This is my configuration, even though it is very old, but it used to run smoothly.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4430 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
ram 8GB

what should i do

You can only wait till Alfa Bravo releases a Patch to fix it. The only thing which helps to speed up rendering is to disable not used Processes and turn everything on low. Your Cpu isn`t the bottleneck here, your videocard is not fast enough to render HD graphics.
You might wanna give it a try and reduce the resolution as well.

Did you try to update your videocard driver?
