GAME NOT WORKING

Everytime i run my game it insta crashs, without even getting to the loading screen, I tried uninstalling then reinstalling the game, didn't work, i tried a toturial on youtube that says to uninstall vjoy and i don't have that, i tried everything that i can do and NOTHING worked how the hell do i fix that.
