I know only female buffs:
1) Chai Feifei - increased resources yield 10%
2) Lu Chanyi - +1 manually crafted item
3) Tan - shipped items price + %
4) Liu Yiyi - +1 stamina regen
5) Li Yan - 8% chance to produce double I-Crystal
6) Liu Sanniang - increased power generation +20%

TBH Li Yan's buff is insane especially for the earlier days
Tan's is good when you have the better selling items
Lu Chanyi is borderline
Liu Sanniang is good if you have a good power setup but at the same time it might be useless
and liu Yiyi is useless full stop
and Chai Feifei is useless if you have a good amount of resource nodes bought

overall IMHO

#1 Tan (joint)
#3 Liu Sanniang
#4 Lu Chanyi
#5 Chai Feifei
#6 Liu Yiyi

in that order as both Li yan and Tan have their merits but IMHO Li Yan just pulls ahead

I think that's rating Chai Feifei rather low for the late game. If you've got all resource sites purchased and fully upgraded, Chai Feifei gets you an extra boost to your max possible production.

I would have rated her higher had Lu Chanyi not had the buff that she has, I wouldn't rate her any higher than 4th as the top 3 for me have the best buffs and if you have the free love mod it doesn't really matter who your with as you get all the buffs by marring all 12 NPCs lmfao

Li Yan for the research if it procs, to get everything unlocked once that happens she is bottom of the list because her buff then becomes useless

Tan just cause you get extra money to buy stuff or even upgrade the resource nodes so she would still be in the top 3 regardless of the where in the game

Liu Shanniang is in the top 3 for the power gen she gives which means a few extra machines

Lu Chanyi just beats Chai Feifei as once you have a good setup going Chai's buff is only negligible at most as you need to have more machines which equates to more power all for a slight increase in profits

And finally Liu YIyi need I say anymore she only gives the buff outside of the workshop and only when fighting and or levelling up lightness outside of combat, now if her buff was for MP and HP recovery her rating would be higher but still not by much though

As I said these rating are all my own opinion as I am not that far in the game to marry anyone as of yet these are only from what I have read from GARLAND

I would like to know the Male buffs to make a better rating for all the date-able NPCs

Are there any gifts in particular that are good to give out to romance all these people? I managed to get a few roses from the first festival but now I am not sure what to give the ladies

Moonbrew seems to be a universal favorite as I have used that for about 10 people and all of them have said how did you know this is my favourite (or along them lines)
