I had a feeling the final secret was going to be a little hard to get. I was going for an ACOUNTING + zoo level like complicated, but I missed the mark. You get the third ending by clicking the red emergency button in the elevator and then quickly walking out of the elevator. There should be a vent at the end of the hallway next to the table.
