Since reviews are not available, I am writing here. The game is super, there is a lot of progress in the graphics. Physics is as good as ever. The sound part is also good. The game will have a great and great future. I have not seen any bugs yet, the only thing I would like to notice is that when the car is destroyed and the character falls out, he holds onto the steering wheel with both hands and does not let go of it, falling together. It would be nice if this moment was done as in the first part, when the character flew away without foreign objects in his hands)👍

I found this game highly enjoyable. It evoked memories of my childhood.

on the big air compo map the spring trap on the second obstacle slot gets half wedged into the ramp and blocks any vehicle from moving past it!!

Hey Secret Exit, I just checked out the demo and I gotta say it's very good especially the controller support, backgrounds and physics, however I do experience some performance hitches even on my beefy arse computer (i7 13650HX, NVidia 4060, at 32 gigs ram), I bet if the performance issues were more addressed, it'd be even better! Thank you for releasing this! I used to play this franchise when I was a wee lad, and now when the second instalment releases I'll be in college! Thank you for letting me relive my past!

So far, just wanna say, SO GLAD y'all have made this! Still absolutely oozes charm and loving it so far! Very well done!

Only 2 pieces of feedback I have from first glance:
1. While I found it absolutely hilarious and love that you added it, I feel the option to not play The Blue Danube when in x0.1 Speed would be nice as it can feel a little jarring to go from funky OST, suddenly to classical music.
2. Also something to indicate how to change to between the cameras of different characters, as I feel it isn't really explained in any way and was confused why the change camera button only went between vehicle, free fly and character 1 at first.

Other than that, so far incredible and obvious y'all have put great effort into this! Can't wait to see future progress! :D

I love all of this, although sometimes I feel the smoke particles are a bit much, I can't always see what's happening

First of all, thanks for all the hard work developing this game! I was afraid you abandoned this. Second, running the game on Arch Linux using proton version 9 works great! Intentional or not, thanks for the proton compatibility! Third, as others may have said, I wish for more customization video settings. Not just low, med, high overall.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the game! 9/10!

The first impressions of this game are insane! This is a huge improvement over the original TD, the new mechanics, great visuals, detailed levels, manual driving mode and obstacle tuning are great additions.

I did find some oddities and bugs while playing:

- hovering the cursor over the character in Setup and then accelerating (manual, not dismount) keeps the character highlighted through the whole dismount,
- the soft cushion hitbox seems to extend too much down, placing it on the landing ramp in "Mind The Gap" causes the buses and semis on the far right lane to crash into it,
- falling from great heights in "Mind The Gap", especially after launching the character with a landmine, causes them to get stuck in the ground quite consistently,
- the grinder at the end of "Big Air Compo" is completely misaligned from its rails,
- some light posts on the right-side roads in "Big Air Compo" keep falling over,
- there seems to be a misplaced neon sign behind the distance display screen, again in "Big Air Compo".

There are also some performance issues, the game runs decent at 1080P with an RTX 3060 Mobile, but forcing the game to run from integrated graphics (AMD 5000 series) makes it struggle hitting 60 FPS, even on lowest settings. I tested the RTX card with a 4K monitor, looking at particle-dense scenes heavily tanks the framerate (looking closely at burning barrels drops it into single digits!). I kinda want to test this demo on older PCs I have lying around.

It is an early version, bugs and issues are to be expected. I personally can't wait for the full release of this game. Keep up the great work, devs!

Whenever I try to rotate or edit the position of the breakable wall obstacle, the wall will break while I'm editing it and I don't think that's suppose to happen. other than that I thought the demo was really fun can clean.

the cars are all slow even if you're going max speed and then they just stop eventually and you can't even edit obstacles most of the time.
