How to do custom faces

i already have the folder with 3 pictures and have all named them what is the problem and how do you really do it

yes also make sure they have a transparent background for best effect... (Size can be anywhere from 512 to 1024 pixels (Square) but they do have to have the Neutral Scared and hit followed by the png format....
