About to buy this but

before I do I want to know if there's a way I can play co-op and multiplayer matches over other players servers easily by just clicking join? Also if there is, will I be able to install it to my steam's doom?

You can use a few sourceports that have multplayer support (Either Zandronum, Zdaemon or Odamex). I would personally recomend Zandronum because it has the biggest community (it's really hard to find someone playing Odamex), many game modes and support for mods (there are some really good stuff out there). you can not install any of them to launch with your Steam doom, but you really don't need that, just run them as any other program a search for multplayer games using doomseeker (included with the zandronum install) or download Internet Doom Explorer that find servers for all of them.

psycho is right i use zandronum to along with the brutal doom mod and it works perfectly but at first i used skulltag then switched to zandronum and i gotta say zandronum works better
