Heretic + Hexen the next project NightDive studios working on? Or will Raven Studios not allow?

I sure hope they are going to work on Heretic. The faster, the better.

Especially for Heretic 2. You cannot even buy that ♥♥♥♥ anywhere and it's a ♥♥♥♥♥ to get working on modern PCs if you get your hands on a disc.

Donno but when Free Radical got shut down they made a tweet saying NightDive was getting the source code to the project.
It they give me TimSplitters I will forgive them for selling out to Atari. At least temporarily

But wait doesn't ID and bethesda currently sell these on steam? Or were they removed last time I bought the heretic/hexen pack?

Would love to see these especially since vanilla heretic is amazing.

I find it hilarious that Super Noah's Ark 3D has an official source port release on steam but Wolfenstein 3D and Heretic do not.

I can play Heretic 2 on PC no problems, but totally agree a remaster would be awesome. A gem most sadly never got to play.

You're lucky. I wish the game just worked on my end too. But, nah, gotta jump through some hoops to get there.

I would like them to do a remaster of Unreal. I bought those games on GoG at the time and they are excellent.

Good luck, Epic abandoned the series pretty much. And doubt they'd let Night take over for them.

I would love to see a Heretic remaster. The amount of source ports Heretic has pales in comparison to Doom.

I'm hoping that their nex project is Heretic+Hexen+Deathkings of the Dark Citadel Remastered. Then there is Terminator Future Shock and Skynet that needs to be remastered. Oh and another one should be Descent + Descent 2 + Infinite Abyss. (Another forgotten game)

I dont know who owns the IP, but id are the publishers.
