Lighting or Flash Light

Are there any mods i can use that change Lighting in some way.
Or add a flash light to sorta do the same thing.

I wanted to be able to use these mods in this Steam version if possible.

Ideas?

how do I use that though?

I typed it in game ,and enter i think.Not in console though.
I got fullbright.
It is something -but not really what i wanted.

Anything else -like a wad solution?
I sorta wanted coloured lighting like in the PS1 Doom
OR
lights where pickups are.

Or maybe a flashlight or some other variant to what i have described.
