Indiscriminate Headhunter Bug - Achievement is stuck at 22/23 Permanently

Anyone else have issue with getting this achievement to unlock? From what I gathered it's possibly caused by the New Legacy of Rust bugging out the first kills of new enemies during the play through. Deleted my saves, reinstalled without steam cloud and yet everytime I kill every enemy of the 23, it doesn't trigger.

Okay I got it eventually. I just went to Dis on Doom 1 and killed the Spider Mastermind. Somehow that didn't count when I first killed it on Dis with the BFG and all those other WADs with the Spider Mastermind with any other weapon.
