bethesda.net won't sign in on any platform

i'm trying to play doom mods online with my friends but it won't let me or my friend sign into bethesda.net on any platform. first i tried signing in on windows, then the switch port, and the xbox port and each time i sign in it says there's an internal server error signing in even though i can sign in on the bethesda site perfectly fine. is it just like that for me or is it across each bethesda game right now?

update: this is also a problem for fo4 but not skyrim for some reason so i think its just specific servers being down right now

I'm having this problem trying to connect through this game, but was able to login directly on their site. Not sure what the issue is, but preventing me from playing new mods!
