I don't understand I played sigil II before this patch...what am i missing?

It's built into the game now instead of being an addon you have to download. Sigil 1 was already built in before this patch, but not Sigil 2.

Sigil 2 by itself is not nearly enough content and also, Console certification is a thing, both were statements as to why there is no Sigil 2 game completion achievement.

I'll be honest I haven't played through SIGIL II yet, how much shorter is it compare to the first one?

Same map number as Sigil 1 and NRftL, basically the logic was 1 campaign complete achievement would not be enough by itself to add more achievements when it is just the 1 achievement.
